App no longer working! Help

My app suddenly stopped working. I go to open it and it says "connecting" then it all of a sudden crashes and closes. I also tried it from my Husbands phone and his application does the same thing, I tried ing technical and was told the wait was over an hour. frustrating this application is no longer working and you cant get anyone to help you from the company.
Not compatible with new iOS updates....

this app always had crashing issues but got the job done... then about a year ago it stopped working all together as it says the app isn’t compatible with the iOS version and the maker needs to update the app. After many calls of them saying they will be updating soon I’ve had it... I’m done waiting and tired of not being able to remotely view my system... I’m installing a new night owl system... don’t by the app they don’t stand by there product once they make newer models...

When this app works it's amazing! When it doesn't, it's so frustrating! I have not been able to connect with my camera's for a few months now! The reason I choose the app is because of the app and to be able to view my camera's when away from my home, right now that feature is useless!! I've rebooted, I've deleted the app and reinstalled, no luck! I tried to go to tech help but the website just kept circling me around, so I'm a bit frustrated at the moment!! Anyone have any advice?!?

Update fixed all the issues with iOS 6. Works great. Would be 6+ stars if you could add audio. Also please reintegrate the functionality into safari. When you use someone else's Mac you can't expect to be able to install a new app on their computer.
