No issues til newest camera added

I recently added a new PTZ camera with floodlights. The app will not allow me to switch the flood lights on. They work and light up during the self test after a restore of the camera to factory settings or a loss of power, but I cannot switch them on in the app... or any other app for that matter. Also, new camera will not switch into night vision mode. Not sure if it is an issue with the camera or the app, but since the camera blinks its lights in self test, I’d say it’s a firmware or software issue. Needs to be resolved. My rating will increase once issues are resolved. This is a good app for what it is, and the cheap cloud storage is a plus, but I cannot use my main camera due to some issue in communication between the software and hardware/firmware.

The thing was hard to set up and the connection box for inter net and power seems to be broken because I had to set it up in a certain way to make sure power was on but it finally was working but local only. It has trouble connection each time I open it and since the update it is worst I can not even see the view so I need to work on it again to day to see if I get get it going
Slow performance

The server is very slow,I upgraded to 80 Mbps fiberoptic cable with no use still the moving of the camera and the recording and play back is very slow and keeps d/c and interrupts and stops and continue , Not to mention that you have to subscribe to cloud services as there is no free option but a 1 month. Issa

How do I delete videos from the playback part of the app. I can select the videos but there is no option to delete Anyone have any ideas?
